BIG.Cube is a Great Place to Work

Great Place to Work supports companies around the world in analysing, developing and making visible their corporate and workplace culture. For this purpose, the employees themselves are asked in an anonymous survey about their assessment of their employer and their work. In an online questionnaire, 70 questions are asked about the workplace culture experienced, such as communication with managers, trust in the employer and enjoyment of working with their colleagues. The questions are formulated by  Great Place to Work  and evaluated in an independent process.
