2: 20-30 minute call with our recruiter

In this initial telephone call we clarify our mutual expectations and give you general information regarding your desired role and BIG.Cube. Of course, there is also time for any questions you may have.

3: Get-to-know interview with your potential team leader

If we are both interested, you will be invited to come and speak to us. In this 60-minute face-to-face interview you can get to know your potential manager. Tell us what you expect and show us your skills and what makes you the next BIG.Cuber.

4: Get-to-know interview with our founder

To BIG.Cube, every new team member is very important. That’s why our founder also wants to get to know you personally.

No, with us you wear what you feel comfortable in. We often wear jeans and a T-shirt to the office.
