We are among the Top 1% of Medium-Sized Companies in Germany
Every year, FOCUS-BUSINESS magazine awards the best 4,000 medium-sized companies in Germany out of 38,000 analysed. This is based on 550,000 evaluations by employees. We were again honoured in the category of advisory and consulting and this year we are in an excellent 54th place (across all categories we are ranked 385th). This even means an improvement for us compared to last year. We are proud of this and thank our colleagues for the appreciative evaluations.
What Makes Us so Interesting as a TOP Employer?
We often get feedback that our culture is a great unique selling point. We live a culture of helping and working together and see this as more than just a success factor for our projects. Our employees always find help from their colleagues and are not lone wolves in any task or project. On the contrary: We always actively make use of the “swarm intelligence” of our colleagues – no matter how big or small the project may be.
Focus on the Flexibility of Our Colleagues
We have also recognised that flexibility is one of the most important issues in our modern working world. Therefore, this topic is a big focus for us. In our corporate culture, the separation between private and work life is very significant, which is why we offer our employees flexible working hours and welcome the use of our mobile work concept whenever possible. This concept is an integral part of our working conditions and enables our employees to work two days a week from any location (even outside their own four walls). To this end, we fully equip our employees with (freely selectable) smartphones, monitors, keyboards and the like. All this with the aim of creating the best working conditions for our employees everywhere, whether in the office or at home.
Our Office as a Workplace and Meeting Place
Keyword office: For all our colleagues, our office is both a workplace and a meeting place. Our individual workstations are equipped with electrically height-adjustable desks and two monitors per workstation. And we have furnished our lounge area with sofas and cosy loungers so that we like to use it to feel good, relax and retreat. In addition, it is a place where we can get creative, have lunch together, think about other things or simply ring in the end of the day together.
