We are certified according to ISO 22301

Since February 2024, BIG.Cube proudly bears the seal of Business Continuity Management (BCM) certification according to ISO 22301. This prestigious certification confirms that our company has implemented an effective crisis management system to ensure the stability and continuity of business operations even in challenging situations.

What is Business Continuity Management (BCM)?

Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, IT failures or pandemics can quickly put companies in existential distress, as the global coronavirus pandemic has clearly demonstrated. Business Continuity Management (BCM) offers a solution by identifying potential threats and developing preventative measures to ensure business continuity in the event of a crisis.

The aim of BCM is to ensure business continuity in crisis situations by developing customised security measures and emergency plans that are tailored to the company’s specific risks. The PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) forms the basis for the development and operation of BCM and helps to ensure security. Whilst BCM is not mandatory for most companies, it still offers significant added value in terms of security and business continuity. As BIG.Cube, we care about the reliability and resilience of our organisation, the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of our employees. For this reason, obtaining BCM certification in accordance with ISO 22301 is a logical step for us.

What does BCM certification mean for our customers and employees?

The certification proves that BIG.Cube is properly prepared for potential threats and disruptions. We have implemented processes to recognise potential failures at an early stage, take appropriate countermeasures and restore business operations as quickly as possible.

For our customers, this means that we offer them uninterrupted availability, a short response time and a reliable partnership:

  • Even in the event of an emergency, we can provide our services without interruption.
  • In case of any problems, we intervene immediately and thus minimise the impact on our customers’ business.

  • Our customers can be sure that we will stand by their side even in difficult situations.

For our employees, BCM certification means additional confidence and satisfaction:

  • Job safety is guaranteed by the BCM system by protecting jobs and tasks, even and especially in times of crisis (such as a global pandemic or natural disasters).
  • Well-being increases because our employees have the certainty that we are prepared for unforeseen events.

The BCM certification is additional proof of our commitment to the high quality standards, customer satisfaction and the well-being of our employees. We are committed to being a reliable partner for our customers, even in times of crisis, and to providing our employees with a safe and comfortable working environment.
