In these turbulent times, it’s more important than ever to create a sense of security and a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued. That’s something we care deeply about.
The award is presented by the international Institute Great Place to Work® and is based on an independent analysis of our workplace culture, as well as anonymous feedback from our employees. A total of 1,080 companies from across Germany took part in the competition — only 100 were recognized. We are especially proud to be among them once again.
We received this award not for short-term initiatives or superficial perks, but for our ongoing commitment to fostering a company culture that is shaped by our employees, lived every day, and resilient even in challenging times.
The survey covers key areas such as maintaining mental and physical health, fairness regardless of gender, different leadership styles and the skills of our managers – and, last but not least, enjoyment at work.
