Kickoff / Preliminary Work
An initial discussion is followed by an inventory of the existing system landscape. Responsibilities are defined and the concept is elaborated.
Technical Installation of the Target Environment
After the preparations, the target environments are installed and the databases are parametrised. Finally, the replication is set up.
Migration Preparation
In this step, the HANA databases (e.g. HANA Cockpit) are connected. In addition,
a HANA DB backup is set up and a restore test is carried out. After documentation and validation, test migrations are carried out for error validation and runtime optimisation.
Migration with DMO
This step marks the start of the technical migration in the online phase. The database migration is then
carried out in the offline phase (downtime).
Support & Maintenance
After the migration is complete, bug fixing and patching takes place. Finally, a knowledge transfer takes place so that you are perfectly prepared for use.
Finally all Report-Relevant Data in One Place
We are proficient in both Data Integration and Data Provisioning. We support you with the technical connection of the data supplying source systems and the selection of the tables and attributes to be replicated. We also help to implement the type of replication requested for the respective source, optimise the performance of the replication and integrate the replicated data into the receiving data layer (Data Integration). Finally, we provide you with the data for systems based on it, including authorisations on the source system (Data Provisioning).
